KYBA COACHES REGISTRATION

KYBA depends on volunteer coaches to allow as many children as possible the opportunity to learn the game of basketball. We offer a coaches clinic to provide coaches with the tools and instruction necessary to successfully coach a youth recreation team.

Tournament team coaches are required to have previous coaching experience and only the head coach will be chosen prior to tryouts. Tournament team coaches must have their applications submitted NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 25th. If chosen as head coach, you will be asked to attend the tournament team tryouts beginning September 28th.

For the protection of the children involved in the program, all coaches must undergo a background check prior to being approved as a coach. Coaches are selected by the KYBA board.
